Data Deletion Instructions

When you connect Facebook or Instagram to Sarvavidhi, we store only the connection data needed to provide the features you choose. This page separates disconnecting Meta from deleting your complete Sarvavidhi account, because those actions have different results.

What We Store for a Meta Connection

When you connect via Facebook Login or grant page permissions, Sarvavidhi stores:

  • Meta Account Identifiers
    The app-scoped Facebook user ID, connected Facebook Page IDs and names, and linked Instagram Business/Creator account IDs and usernames. We do not request your personal Facebook profile name or email for this connection.
  • Facebook Page Access Tokens
    Long-lived tokens that allow Sarvavidhi to publish posts to your connected Facebook Pages on your behalf.
  • Instagram Account Information
    Instagram Business/Creator account IDs linked to your Facebook Pages, used for scheduling Instagram posts.
  • User-Created Sarvavidhi Content
    Text, images, schedules, and status information that you created or uploaded inside Sarvavidhi. This content is not imported from your Facebook or Instagram feed and may remain as saved history after disconnecting.

How to Request Data Deletion

Choose the action that matches what you want to remove:

Option ADelete Your Sarvavidhi Account

In Sarvavidhi, open Account Settings, use Delete My Account, and confirm with your registered email address. This permanently removes your Sarvavidhi profile, connected accounts, workspaces, posts, content, and associated logs. If you cannot sign in, email our support team and we will complete the request within 30 days.

Option BDisconnect Facebook and Instagram Only

You can disconnect inside Sarvavidhi or remove Sarvavidhi through Facebook's settings. This immediately deletes the Meta access tokens, app-scoped Facebook user ID, Facebook Page IDs and names, Instagram Business account IDs and usernames, and related connection metadata stored for that connection.

  1. Go to your Facebook account settings
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
  3. Find Sarvavidhi and click Remove

After Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

  • ✓The selected Meta connection data and access tokens are deleted from our database.
  • ✓Future queued or scheduled publishing through the disconnected account is cancelled when no matching account remains connected. A post already being published may finish.
  • ✓Content you created or uploaded inside Sarvavidhi remains as saved history, hidden from AI Autopilot and Content Calendar by default.
  • ✓Your Sarvavidhi profile and other workspaces remain active. Use Delete My Account if you want everything removed.

After Deleting Your Sarvavidhi Account

  • ✓Your profile and login sessions are permanently deleted.
  • ✓All connected-account tokens and identifiers are permanently deleted.
  • ✓All workspaces you own, posts, saved history, AI plans, subscriber data, and application records directly associated with your account are permanently deleted. Limited security and server logs age out under the Privacy Policy retention periods.
  • ✓Full account deletion cannot be undone.

Processing Timeline

Email deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. The in-app Delete My Account action and Meta connection deletion triggered by disconnecting or removing the app are processed immediately against our active database.
